Solo Pastor – Part Time (19 hours)
We seek a pastor with a deep and joyful faith, someone who loves sharing God’s Word in ways that help our congregation and community grow in hope, service, and spiritual maturity. This is a hands‑on, heart‑forward role in a small church where every contribution matters. We’re looking for a self‑starter who brings encouragement, energy, and a willingness to step in wherever needed. The ideal pastor will be a motivator, a gentle change‑builder, and a thoughtful guide, able to set wise priorities for both today’s needs and tomorrow’s vision.
Strong, caring relationships are at the center of our ministry. We hope for a pastor who communicates clearly, listens well, and keeps staff, volunteers, and members moving together toward shared goals.
